Concept Nova is not only a company that knows the ins and outs of fleet management technology and other IT solutions, but also one that cares deeply about our community and the people in it.We always make an effort to be socially conscious, as evidenced by our numerous CSR initiatives, and our commitment to making all our IT Solutions eco-friendly.
Our first CSR event for the year was a blood drive to boost access to safe blood in Lagos state and help accident victims or anyone else who might need a blood transfusion for any reason.
Held on World Blood Donor Day for obvious reasons, The blood drive took place at e-Centre, Yaba.The company’s NGO; Give Them Hope organized it in partnership with The Guardian, YNaija, e-Centre, the Lagos State Blood Transfusion Service, and the National Blood Transfusion Service.
Our Staff came out en masse to donate blood and to mobilize the general public to do the same.
It was a huge success, with 28 people donating blood in total.
It was a productive time which was completely worth all the effort put into it.
The Lagos State Blood Transfusion Service lent their equipment and services for the whole day and helped to ensure that the procedure was safe and stress-free for all blood donors.
Even when it started to rain, we were not deterred; the registration continued, and people kept donating blood until we packed up at 4:00pm.
Concept Nova would like to express our appreciation for our partners, the general public, and our staff for making the event a success, and to reiterate our commitment to providing the best IT Solutions in Nigeria while giving back to our communities, and adding value to individual lives everywhere.
