One of the Nigeria’s fastest growing information technology service and software development companies, Concept Nova has unveiled an independent consultancy programme that provides opportunity for IT sales consultants to earn extra income while helping small and medium enterprises, SMEs, bridge technological gaps and solve operational issues with the use of the firm’s IT solutions.
Known as Concept Nova Broker’s Portal, the platform allows independent sales consultants drop leads on individuals or companies that are looking to purchase the company’s products and services.
Speaking during the unveiling of the programme in Lagos recently, the Head, Concept Nova Operations, Uche Okoli said that to be part of the sales consultant team, interested persons have to apply through the Concept Nova Brokers’ portal by uploading their credentials and filling out the application form.
According to her, “Once registration has been done, brokers will get an activation email which will prompt them in activating their profiles on the Broker’s portal to begin training. After registration and adequate training, brokers become IT consultants and awarded IT consultant certificates and marketing materials like brochures and business cards.”
Explaining further on how the programme works, she said: “To ensure a seamless process, the Concept Nova sales team follows up on the leads generated by these independent sales consultants. Once the deals are consolidated, the sales consultants are awarded up to 15 per cent brokerage of transactions accrued. Accordingly, the more transactions consultants close, the more cash they earn as they get better rewards for volume transactions.”
She also noted that the consultants will also have the opportunity of owning a Concept Nova franchise that would enable them to earn higher profit margins. She added: “To make the brokerage process easier, independent it sales consultants would be provided with intensive training at the beginning and refresher courses as time goes on which will go a long way in deepening their knowledge of all Concept Nova’s products and services.”
